Root Rooted now what?

OK I successfully rooted and now what do I do. With my iPhone I used a program called cydia to install job apps and tweaks. What do I use to be able to do this with an android?

Firstly Though Create A nandroid Backup Of Your Current (Stock ROM) And Maybe Use An App Such As Titanium Back Up To Back Up Current Apps And Data

ALWAYS do a backup of yur current working ROM before doing anything, not just flashing. And save that backup in various places just in case it gets erased accidentally. Cyanogen Mod 10 (CM 10) is a good place to start.

Root gives you complete control over whatever you please.
