yes and just so you know the reason why you are getting prompted for the update yet rooted is this.

If you root but don't alter system files then you can still receive OTA updates. But will lose root.

If you root and alter system files (freeze bloat , rename bloat, delete bloat) you will not even be able to get the OTA.
