I have the new update on my droid x, I used the one click root program and the 3 steps went successful, then said "your phone is now rooted." But it's obviously not, I even downloaded a root checker that said I'm not rooted. Does anyone know why? I don't know if it's the update or if I did something wrong. Any ideas? Is it even possible to root with this new update?

Did you have root before updating to the newest OTA? Is your phone resetting into clockwork recovery? I tried the one click on my X a few times then tried it again with unplugging the phone when the computer said it was resetting and that worked.
