Root Rooted???????

I decided to root my VZW tab 2.2.

I download z4root and ran the program everything seemed be going alright then it went back to my main screen.

Everything else looks the same to me how can I tell if it worked?
When I jail broke my ipad the cydina store was installed, are there root specific apps that should have installed to confirm that the root worked.

Easy way to check is to download Superuser by ChainsDD from the android market. Then try and open an app that requires SU privileges like Titanium Backup and see if it detects root access. If not, then you are not rooted.
