Not me, I was waiting to see if we get a 1 click method for ics before I unlock my bootloader

Took me hours, I didn't realise that even though my bootloader was unlocked it still had to be.. Unlocked..

The only issue I had was 'waiting for device'. Under adb.

Once I unlocked the bootloader it was alright, which btw if you do and it says your imei number is too long, remove the last digit.. Which obviously you know, but others might not.

Knowing what I know now, could get one done in no time.

Cool, might have ago soon, but the only thing I would do after unlocking its use a custom kernel and root.

Tried a custom rom but it didn't work. Will find another.

I tried several custom roms on my old neo but never got any to work, I think it had something to do with not wiping everything properly in cwm

Sweet, I haven't bothered yet, still waiting for an easier or simpler way to root ;-)

Mind you I was tempted to unlock my bootloader this afternoon lol

    Quick tip.
To flash a recovery you flash a custom kernel, like the one from DoomLord I think.
Then to enter the recovery you mash volume up when you turn on the phone.
