Root Rooting from 2.1 - Help fast?

Hey all,

I've decided to try Rooting my phone following the UNIVERSAL Eris Root guide for Dummies up at the top of the forum. However, my phone is on 2.1. Can I still root it, or do I need to find a way to go back down to 1.5, and if so, how do I do that? THanks

I did that method to go from the v3 2.1 to evileris.

Universal. As in, it will work for any unrooted Eris.
