Rooting help on HTC EVO 4G Sprint

htcdev.com will not allow me to get an unlock code, I am unable to find somewhere to down load RootEvo4GNew.zip I find it but now download button I have read all the instruction and am ready to root but Having problems with the files to download.
I have Android V 2.3.5 Software 4.67.651.3 Loked (oow) HBoot 2.18
