Root Rooting & Installing Jelly Bean

Hello all.

I want to root my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S2
model # SPH-D710 and then install the new
Jelly Bean 4.1.1

Please help... Videos, etc...

Thanks! Got it done.

Noticing the battery drains faster on JB than ICS.

Also the keyboard is ALOT smaller...

Meaning like screen brightness at low, gps off, location off, wifi off when not in use etc etc

To calibrate battery, go into your recovery, advanced, wipe battery stats.

After wiping battery stats, don't forget to let the phone completely die, charge to 100% without interruption and continue this method for 5 cycles.

Good Lord... waaaay too much work to tweak a battery.

i went from stock fi27 to rooted fi27(using that video) and then fk23, battery life has been damn good for me. got a new battery, tho, and calibrated it right away, that may be why.
