Rooting of Coolpad Note 3 Lite

Hello All!
I own a Coolpad Note 3 Lite and I want to root my phone. I've tried Kingo root mobile as well as PC version. But none of them worked. What else can I do?
My phone's running Marshmallow.

explain how kingo root did not work? was there an error? all i have seen suggest kingo root from the little research i have done.

In mobile version it just fails at 98 or 99 % and shows "Root Failed" as many times I try.
In PC version it's random.. Sometimes it shows "Already rooted", "Root Failed" both at 99% and sometimes it doesn't even recognize my phone or any android connected to my pc. I tried every time with "USB Debugging" on and off. Nothing worked. I assure you my phone isn't rooted because in every root checker app scan the result is not rooted.

Isn't flashing scatter file overwrite the OS and I have to flash original OS again?

And I don't find the "recovery.img" file.

the recovery image is from twrp. one of the links in the xda thread is broken. i think u might be able to get it from here:

download the file and unzip it. remove the recovery.img from there
