Rooting Screwup

Have Galaxy S2, T-mobile. when booting into recovery I get a short menu.
Only 4 menu items??
reboot system
apply update from sdcard
wipe data
wipe cache

was rooted but somehow I screwed up root and no not rooted.
what do I do to re-root my phone
