Root Rosie Utility - Please help me fix!

I cleaned up my unwanted apps after rooting and now when I go to the widgets folder there is a bunch of weird widget names that don't show up due to the Rosie Utility. Primarily I'd just like to get rid of these "fake/removed" widgets or if I have to - is there a way to delete this utility? I've read it is the main brain to the SenseUI but am unsure if this is actually correct. Thanks

if you just want to get rid of teh trace of the widgets you removed go into settings ---> manage applications ---> HTC Sense and clear all data.

That will clean it up but you will also lose any saved Sense data...Like performing a factory reset/wipe.

Hmmm, this sounds not so good then. I would never be able to factory reset my phone again?!
