ROW Update works well

I recently installed the ROW (rest of World) update onto my IdeaPad A1. It has been working flawlessly since then. The touch screen always works now, no issues with the charging/reboot issue, etc. The only thing I have not tested is the Google Maps update on whether it still crashes the tablet, but I will update this post when I have done that. If you are having problems with your A1 then this is definitely the way to go. Just download the zip from the link below. Rename the file using ES File Explorer (comes with the apps on the tablet) to update.zip, and then move the file to /sdcard/. Power off your tablet, then Press and hold the power button and volume down button for about 10 seconds and your tablet will automatically update. I did notice I had to do the Power/Volume button thing a couple of times before it started the update automatically. Also, if you have rooted your tablet, you will have to do it again after the update.

I used the 2525 Row.zip file and will use this until a new US update is released.

Google Maps still crashes the tablet after you update the app.

Thanks for the input. I will wait for the US version. Maybe it will update from the About Tablet-System updates like the last one.
