Root RSD Lite, Can't find a good link.

I know that a link to RSD Lite is posted in the sticky. I tried everyone of them. None of them are a good link. Could someone please post a valid link for me. I want to make sure I had a working copy before I root my phone. Thank you.

WinRAR and 7-Zip both can open it.
