Root RSD Lite not recognizing phone/rooting

Running Windows 7 32 bit and RSD Lite 4.6. phone hooked up via USB. I'm at the bootloader, but RSD doesn't recognize the phone. I tried the option "first come first serve and nothing either. I have the Moto 32 bit drivers installed. Help!

On the phone does the phone recognize the "USB" connection on the bootload screen?
If it doesn't then check your connections and/or try a different USB port. On one of my PC's I have a USB port that works for everything but RSD Lite...can't explain it.

Other than that, someone else would have to give a stab at it.

The bootload screen says transfer mode: USB Tried a different port and RSD still doesn't recognize it.

Sorry man. The only other idea I have is MAKE sure you have the correct drivers installed. Reboot computer (Good idea after every driver installation) and give it a try.

Hopefully someone that knows more than me about it will post some helpful comments.
