RSS Push Updates on Lockscreen

Hi,

I've searched everywhere but I didn't find an application that actually updates the rss feeds (like google news) and that show the latest rss on the lockscreen.

This could be a simple rss reader but with advanced notifications :
- Vibrate
- Wake up the phone
- Shows it like "SMS Popup" in a popup on the lockscreen

It already exists on the iPhone and i miss it on my droid

Anyone could make it or help me to make it ? (I don't really know how to code the part where it shows the rss update on the lockscreen)
