RTF email attachments not opening after update

Of the many 4.3 bugs discussed, I haven't seen anyone post about the attachment issue with the native email client. When receiving emails sent in RTF (Rich Text Format), the attachments aren't able to be opened after the update. HTML and Plain text emails handle attachments without issue.

I now have several users complaining. Can someone else confirm? We are running exchange 2010.
