Nobody is giving that phone away for free, but I hope it is coming to their retail stores just like the Incredible or EVO is for Verizon/Sprint.

Better business move on Google's part.

I love Google but the way they've handled the sales of the Nexus One was a bad move, especially if they had any interest in profiting from it.

Just wondering, If google takes down their web store and Att doesn't want to showcase the Nexus One in their physical stores... How the hell will people purchase an Att compatible Nexus One anymore?

I would guess the Candian carriers who use the same 3G bands as AT&T will decide to have it in the stores, or if not Google will have HTC kill the SKU. There is no way AT&T will have the N1 in their stores IMO, and I don't believe they will ever have a stock Android device.

The AT&T 3G ones will be a premium on ebay.
