boot into stock recovery
hold power + home button
when the phone powers on, release the power button, but continue holding home, until you see the droid exclamation
from there hit vol up and down and wipe data, then wipe cache, and reboot.

U need to sbf back then reroot it u should b able to get to the USB uploader by battery pull then restart it by pushing camera and the - volume and the power button at the same time u should see the m then a quick flash then let all the buttons go and hook it up the PC then sbf it back to witch ever one u had then reroot it
