When I go to Developer Options -> Running Services, it keeps saying 'loading' endlessly (with the spinning circle) and it won't load the list of running services, not even after minutes of letting it alone.
I have two identical phones and it only works on one of them.
What could be the problem? Are there particular (not too drastic) app cache settings I would have to clear to try and fix this?

Strangely enough, after letting the phone idle for a while and updating one of my screen wake apps through the Google Play store, I was able to load the list of running services instantly.
