    After rooting my phone i decided to run SEUS and for some reason it has unrooted my phone but still left the updates . I'm new to this rooting stuff was that suppose to happen.

    Well are your sure it "Un rooted" or have you not set up root properly after the XDA root procedures. If SEUS in fact did anything it would have basically re-flashed your original firmware. If the phone is showing 023 firmware it is still rooted and needs superuser root privilege properly assigned.
    Try installing any ROOT only app from the market too see what it says. Titanium (extremely handy back up tool) a good choice as it will tell you every time you run the app if root is not set right.
