Hi guys, I've had a problem with my S2 for a while, found out that the motherboard is gone, so I need a new one. Does anyone know if they're easy to get? Is there anything I need to know before buying one? Would I need to get it unlocked or anything as I am in the Republic of Ireland? Any help is greatly appreciated :D

You need one for the same model number (not S2 - the model number) as yours, working, with a clean IMEI and either locked to your carrier or unlocked.

And you need to know that you have the knowledge and experience to compete the job, or you're just wasting your money.
