Help S3 cannot receive contact sent from Nokia/other phones?

I've tried a few times and nothing is received on the S3 even though it said on the nokia phones that the contact was already sent, is there a workaround for this?

Are the phones paired? I have done BT transfers before and everything worked just fine.
