s3 mini efs and /data corrupted

hi i have an s3 mini and some days ago i hard bricked it then i flashed it through jtag now i got my phone back i am in a big problem that my phone efs is corrupted and it is not be able to formatted even through cwm when i wipe data it says:
unable to mount /efs
unable to mount /data
failed to wipe data!
i tried odin to flash stock firmware but nothing it flashed correctly but again not be able to format and my phone is in factory mode it again and agin gives a message

CSC:IMEI and other details about it and my sdcard is also bricked it says 0mb free from 0mb and even i can't install an app from playstore so plz plz plz help me i am in a big problem

i thought to use a pit file but it also does'nt worked plz help me
