s3 mini restart problem

hi. i have a problem that i just cannot fix. my friend's s3 mini restarts by itself atleast 3-4 times sumtimes more a day. the phone is fully updated with the latest software/firmware. have anyone here maybe had a similar problem with one of their s-series phones?
