Hi.
A friend of mine has an S3 (same as mine) and since the 4.3 Android update, she cannot stop the same 20 notifications appearing at the top of the screen. She clears them but every couple of minutes they reappear.
As she is in a domestic violence situation this is putting her at severe risk so urgent advice would be appreciated.

I've just been contacted by the lady in question and after 24 hours of tearing her hair out, she has found the solution. If this bug happens to you, apparently you have to clear downloads and that will stop notifications continuously reappearing.
