Help S4 ActiveSync Issue -the subject of a mail mix with the body of another email-

I have S4 samsung phone with activesync with our exchange server mail. I have a lot of problems with the syncronization, nothing is syncronized for even hours. And i have another issue, i recived mail with a subjetc but the body is from another mail. In my outlook i saw the mails right, the problem is in my phone.

Can you help me with this issues? i cant recive the mails with subjet and body mixed.
