My Samsung Galaxy S4 on Verizon seems to be working flawlessly but the calling keypad, where you dial the numbers to make a call, seem to be stuck in easy mode. The rest of my phone is fine and all other functions work fine. Ive gone to my menu and tried to switch between "easy" and "standard" mode to see if it would kick it out of it. Ive backed up and reset my phone with no luck either.
The key pad as it is now is big white numbers, and I can not activate any of the smart gestures that come with the phone, i.e. auto dial when lifting phone to ear.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I apologize if it's improper to bring this thread back from the dead but I do have a solution to this problem.

I had the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy S5. To fix this I went into my Settings then Applications and Default applications. TouchWiz home was selected which is correct. From here I hit Clear and changed Home from TouchWiz home to TouchWiz easy home. I then went through the menu to repeat these steps changing the settings back to TouchWiz home it worked.
