Help S4 opens apps when unlocking screen.

Hello when I unlock my screen my gallery will be open or my calculator.
Even if the apps are not open or running.
It doesn't happen every time but atleast 3 out of 10 unlocks lol

Its doing my head in, I have no lock screen widgets or favourite apps set or anything. The sensitivity screen is off also.

Do you have those apps on your home screen?
If so (as an experiment) remove them and see if it makes a difference.

Go into Settings>My Device>Lock Screen and make sure 'multiple widgets' is unchecked.
