Help S7 (cant hear calls)

So I'm having this strange audio issue when making or receiving calls with my S7. I can hear the dial and calls when I'm on the speaker, however everything is completely mute when I'm using the speaker. I have no idea what is causing this, as the phone is less than a month old. Any ideas?

I assume you mean "mute when NOT using the speaker".

You should first test the hardware with a different app. Does it work if you are calling with Whatsapp, or hangouts, or does the earspeaker never work?

Have you tried inserting and removing a headphones jack a few times? Maybe something (dirt?) in the socket is causing an unwanted connection in there making the earspeaker switch off..

If it never works, I would get the device replaced/fixed under warranty.
