Help S8 keeps going dead

Twice today it goes dead. Will not turn on. When I do a soft reset, it starts up. Suggestions??!!

Apparently it is now a "known" problem......a defective power button. UGH. And Samsung is sending a refurbished unit, not a new one! That is very disappointing.

mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn ive been there hell and back s8 plus twice. not about power. make damn sure they have bixby and latest baseband firmware.they are notorious not doing that. stay on top of it. i had to get mine reflashed at best buy.my refurbished was a nightmare but a month later is stable.YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO REQUEST THAT and have them followup on it. have them send a screenshot of firmware to assure you of that.ive been through 2 asus laptops, 2 s7edges and 2 s8 pluses.oh and 2 note 7 recalls. im a pro of defects

im on the edge of never getting another samsung and no way in hell will i get a note 8 and do a repeat.

YOUR CARRIER KNOWS. ASK THEM AND MAKE SURE SAMSUNG IS AWARE OF IT.
