I just ordered from AT&T Premier web site (I qualified for upgrade price). The price is $299 with a $100 discount when signing up for a data plan. The price is same for one or a two-year contract.

Are you serious?!? I ordered through there also using my company's corp discount and I did not see an option for a 1 year contract. I paid $174.99 after the $25 discount.

yes, the option is at top of the same page (drop down menu, default shows 2-years), you select your phone. My online account also shows the date my contract ends (May 2012).

Our companies must have different agreements, because on the page where you choose a phone I don't see any dropdown for contract length, but I do see "* Pricing valid only on Premier. New activation and 2-year agreement required." at the bottom of the page.
