I just ate a Spam, egg, cheese and mildly hot pepper on Rye sandwich. I loved it, but I crave more. Any good sandwiches out there I should know about?

I often have swiss cheese and orange marmalade on white. NEVER USE JELLY!!! Amazingly good. Yes, cheese and jam is a great combo. Especially if you add just a tiny pinch of salt. Very little salt, you have been warned!

I once had a plain donut and peanut butter sandwich with cream cheese. I often pass that one on as my own creation.

There must be some others out there I do not know about. Something savory would be welcome.

Like pickled herring and onion on a salt bagel. Or perhaps, melted swiss on rye with onions, peppers, tomatoes, salt and loads of fresh pepper.

Or (often hard to find) smoked eels, bell peppers (lightly cooked) and onion is rather fun.

Left over turducken is nice on a hard roll or hoagie bun. All of those critters on one sammy; it is like I died and went to a free deli in heaven that serves great bottomless pitchers of tap beer on Sunday and you never have to pay the tab.

White bread, mayo, a pinch of sugar and sliced banana.

Mix peanut butter, butter and syrup (or honey), heat until just warmed enough to get really soft and mix. Spread on bread of your choice.

This will not sound good but try it before you knock it. American cheese and lettuce sammie with mustard on white bread.

I'm a simple or complex person when it comes to sammies depending on my mood.
For me it's all about the bread. Great bread equals a great sandwich. One of my favorites is a beautiful summer ripe tomato and loads of mayo (I'm partial to Dukes but Hellmans is fine) on a crusty baguette with some salt and pepper.
    Summer in your hand :D

    Thai iced coffee please. :)
We have a Pho place in our neighborhood that sells a killer tofu banh mi (I mainly eat vegetarian). Only a few bucks, nice and spicy, tangy and delicious.

My net search for a capicola black with black olives sub brought forth this result. I don't know where to get one of these but I NEED one!

I think that may be against some law. At the very least, its bacon blasphemy. :D

Mmm, spammmm! I haven't had myself a good spam sandwich in ages.

However, I would like to introduce the Bindy Special.

Chicken cutlet, melted mozzarella cheese, bacon, and russian dressing on a club roll.

Our local sammy chain, Taylor Gourmet is big with the big wigs:

Their sandwiches are fine, nothing terribly special but good (though pretty pricey).

For me the messier the sandwich the better.
Take 2 pieces of bread and cover one in mango chutney and the other in chilli sauce. Now take another piece of bread and fry this along with a couple of eggs. Put an egg on either piece of bread with the fried bread in the middle and try to eat before it dissolves.
