I just updated my software this morning- on my Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 2. The new layout is nice and al, not necessary, but okay.
My major problem is that I cannot access my S Note application. I can't even click the S Note icon and open up the program. It opens for about 3 seconds, and says, "Unfortunately, S Note has stopped."
I don't know how to back them up either (currently trying to do this on my PC, but they are saved as .snb and cannot be opened or viewed by any other program). Can someone help me get around this problem and be able to use the program that the phone is mainly about?
