Thank you for your response.I tried everything I found on the web, but nothing worked. I also contacted the Samsung support team via their website and they responded.
First with their standard email requesting to change the password, a good internet connection etc. to which I replied I have already done all those. Then they wanted some log files. Sent them that too. Up to now, nothing heard from Samsung.
On the second day, the issue was resolved miraculously! This is the second time I experienced this same problem.
This issue has existed for many years, which is apparent from the number of complaints on the web. Samsung has NOT given any solution. This definitely is a known bug in the Samsung system to which they still have no solution.
If someone has this issue, best is change the password and not do anything else, but wait for a couple of days and try.
