I bought a Galaxy ace recently. But now i noticed that , when i use my phone more than 15 minutes continues , my battery is heat. Any body know the reason for this. How can i solve this problem

Either you're very far from the nearest tower, so the transmitter has to put out maximum power, and that's just how things are - or you have a defective phone amd ot should be replaced under warranty.

it depends on what you mean by hot, though. Batteries, by the laws of physics, get hot when they're used. If it's a bit warm when you're just resting your hand on the back of the phone it's okay. If it's too hot to touch, something's wrong.
