Help samsung admire from metro pcs video messaging not working

Any one have a clue what to do if my phone doesn't send video messages i have already been to metro pcs twice for my samsung admire on the 2.3.4 platform they said they reprogramed it and its still on the 2.3.4 program not 2.3.6. they also told me to download qik app but that doesn't seem to be free anyone have a free and easy fix
