Hiya- managed to break my Epic's screen, nothing shows now. I would like to delete my personal information before sending it in for OEM replacement but can't use the power on/volume down/camera button hard reboot as I cannot see the screen prompts. Is there any way to get into the phone's software via a dongle and do a data delete, or flash the ROM without having access to the screen?
I have pulled the SD card but wish to make sure things stored internally like texts are gone before sending it in- any suggestions?
