Samsung Galaxy 3 not syncing with PC

Hi friends

After i brought the new mobile it syncedbeautifull first time with samsung Kies software.After i downloaded few application i always get the message Pc connectivity only available in idle screen and phone does not connect to PC.
req any suggestion on this
