Help Samsung Galaxy Ace--Apps not downloading

So I just got a brand new Galaxy Ace in China GT-S5830i and I'm having difficulty with the apps. Other than the featured apps, I cannot download anything. When I search, I can't find the apps that I want and even when something comes up on the search list when you click on it you get "Error: Service unavailable (1000)".

I downloaded Samsung Kies on two different laptops. On one of them, it says that the device is not supported which is strange since the manual comes with instructions to sign up for Kies. On the other computer only a store for downloading songs comes up.

I'm really at a loss for what to try so any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Where are you downloading from? The Google Play Store should be an icon on your phone, and with a Google account there shouldn't be any problem there.

Apparently Google and China don't get along so my phone doesn't come with any Google App

You must be rooted to do this as this phone is from china...you must install google frameworks, not only the Play Store app...
