Help Samsung Galaxy Ace - process.com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly

Dear All,
Please help.. I bought my phone here in China and last friday i upgraded the firmware using Samsung Kies. It became S5830ZCKF1. Then afterwards I cannot received any incoming calls.
I can be able to receive and send SMS, and outgoing call but not incoming.
Please help!!! How to solve it.

I have not upgraded to any new frimware since i bought it in June.. But, I am also facing this issue, when receiving any incoming call.. good thing is that it is not happening for all the incoming calls.. it happens once in a while..

anybody pls help me in solving it..
