How do you switch the memory for the camera from the internal camera memory to the external SD card. All my pictures go to the internal memory automatically when I snap a picture. I downloaded the user manual but could not find the answer in the manual.

Open Camera application, open Camera Settings, go to Storage option and change from Phone to Memory Card

When I go to the Camera Settings, there is no Storage Option... There is an 8GB mini card installed. Why do I not have a Storage option?
