I have process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher on my phone. I can not even go to my menu to take my clock off. What can i do or in my phone completely gone?

No..your phone is ok. 
Hello and welcome aboard. The error message is a result of an installed application that was closed prematurely. Unfortunately, this seems to happen with a few installed apps.
Remove and reinsert the battery - this should have you up and running again. Also, uninstall/reinstall the app in question. If you need any help navigating the site, just give one of us Guides a shout!
