Samsung Galaxy J7 V battery overheating

I have had this phone since June 7th.  The last three das when I plug it in to charge it I get a warning that charging cannot occur because tge battery is getting too hot.  Anyine else having this problem?

Is it just me who has noticed that there's the problem with Samsung's battery? I am also experiencing it on my Note 4 and I believe that @gregg1100 also has the same dilemma.
