Root Samsung galaxy mini s5570

First I rooted the phone then I partitioned sd card and use the other partition as the internal memory. Sincce then my phone has become slower and sometimes freezes. Now it is no longer displaying some of the application icons on the home page.
It is no longer responding to samsung kies
