Good Day to you all I
Hi nannylid and welcome to Android Forums!
Sounds to me like you're trying to print images from your devices: and there is the blessing and the curse of high-megapixel cameras. You get great resolution... but you also get great big file sizes.
I might recommend a phenomenal little app in the Play Store called Reduce Photo Size. It does exactly what it says: makes a smaller resolution (and file size) image, all without changing the original. Play with it a bit and get a good balance of image quality and file size.
Hope this helps and it's great to have you aboard!

First thing thanks very much for your post, however I’m not trying to print photos I’ve taken I’m trying to print supermarket vouchers or coupons from a supermarket price guarantee system.
I have no problem with doing this on my laptop it all works fine and the coupon prints as it should, do think this app will help with this.
Once again thanks for your help.
Ps, the supermarket is called ASDA its UK based and part of the Walmart group.
