Hi , i sold my Samsung phone on ebay and after a week the guy sent me this message

hi. a day or so after reciving i thought i noticed a fault the 2 face clocks were diffrent time even tho the clocks were set the when you swip the face the time corrects its self then it happend again early this morning not happy

Due to ebay policy the phone is now coming back but has anyone come across this before

Not exactly sure what the issue was, but did he, or you, do a factory reset on the device?

Yes i did to wipe the data and he said he has as well

Hmmm, like I said, I'm not sure what the issue is and not familiar with the device but 2 questions come to mind:
1. Is he in a different country than where the device was from?
2. What 2 face clocks does he speak of?

Hes only about 35 miles away from me and i asume he means the clock on the face as you turn it on and the phone when you swipe it open , it's hard to deal with these kind of people as they just rant instead of sorting the issue , thanks for helping

This is by far the longest relationship I had with a phone got it in October 2012 and still with it today February 2016. really good phone battery works just fine even after these years. Samsung is a great brand.
