Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Red

Hi, I live in Canada. My phone plan is ending in 2014 March. I was going to cut it early until i noticed it cost $350! So Im going to wait it out. I want to get the note 3 in black. But recently there was news Samsung was going to release a Merlot Red. So i was wondering if a) anyone knows if and when it will come to canada (Approximate not exact) b) if I should just get the black one and c) has anyone got the red one?
