The is a fairly new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and working fine this morning, and now will not come on, despite the blue light flashing top left, and even after charging for a while. I tried holding volume and power buttons down for 20 seconds and trying it -- still no luck. Help!!

In addition to this good tip above, it's best if you do not let your battery get below 15 to 20 percent before charging. That will extend the lifespan of the battery and give you maximum run times as well.

plug the phone back in the charger.. leave it there for a 3 hours.
then try to turn it on.

the battery might have dropped to low in charge... and needs longer charge to get back to normal working parameter.

    or the battery is bad

    or bad phone
