Samsung Galaxy Note fault

Hello
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note I, and today it freeze. I removed the battery, the SIM card and the CD card and mount them again. After taht the Note do not start up again. After more than 30 minutes there is stille the logo "SAMSUNG" in the display. What can I do????
