I am trying to figure out how to get the live wallpaper ( I assume) pictured here
Samsung Galaxy S - How, What & Where
Point #8.
Any help would be appreciated.

It's called Earth Live Wallpaper, you can find it in the market for free.

Bugger.
That isn't what I was looking for. I wasn't sure if it was a live wall paper.
I meant the date/time/temp/location etc. Widget I guess

Ah - If that's what you're after try taking a look at "Beautiful Widgets" or "Fancy Widget". Hope that helps.

Yeah, that's a widget. It's Beautiful Widgets, downloadable in the market, and set to have the weather in the center (default is on the right).
